Who may use Paxeer X Network, what it provides, what you are responsible for, the risks you accept, and the limits of our liability.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Paxeer X Network services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By using Paxeer, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
3. What the services are
Paxeer X Network is an EVM-compatible blockchain (chain ID 125) on which software holds assets, makes payments, trades and runs programs within limits set by a person. That includes native payments and budgets, escrow, payment streams, session keys, markets and programs, together with the LayerX agent toolkit, the PaxPort wallet and the PaxScan explorer.
The services and software are provided "as is", without warranties.
4. Your responsibilities
When you use the network, you must:
- Keep your wallet, your private keys and any agents you operate secure
- Set spending limits, allowlists and stop rules that suit the workload
- Comply with all laws and regulations that apply in your jurisdiction
- Use the network only for lawful purposes
- Not try to manipulate, exploit or degrade the protocol or its participants
5. Risk disclosure
Using public blockchain networks and digital assets carries substantial risk.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. They are exposed to network conditions, smart contract vulnerabilities, mistakes in key management and other technical risks.
Autonomous agents can make both gains and losses larger. Only deploy agents and capital you can afford to lose.
6. Limitation of liability
Paxeer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
