Why we build this
Software now does real business work. It compares vendors, calls paid APIs, rents compute, books services and hands tasks to other software. The models got good at deciding. The money did not keep up.
Today an agent that needs to pay for something borrows a company card, a shared API key or a prepaid balance someone tops up by hand. Nobody can say exactly what it spent, on what, or whether the other side delivered. The approvals that keep it safe are the same approvals that keep it slow.
A model can choose an action. Someone still has to authorize it, pay for it, check it was delivered, and keep the record. We built the network that does all four at machine speed.
Paxeer X gives every piece of software its own account with limits a person sets. It pays per request and gets paid per delivery, in PAX or any supported asset. Every action comes back with a signed receipt in milliseconds and is final within about a second. Payments, budgets, identity, markets and programs are part of the chain itself, behind one account and one endpoint, so there is nothing to stitch together.
We are a small team of engineers and operators. We have run blockchain infrastructure for years, and we started Sidiora Labs because the systems we saw being built for agents all shared the same missing piece. Paxeer X is that piece: a neutral network that any framework, provider or wallet can plug into, run by public nodes and governed on chain.
Our bet is simple. The network that wins gives software useful economic powers with less integration work than anything else, and never asks the people behind it to give up control.

Five principles decide what we build and what we turn down. They are written into the network, not just into this page.

The person stays in charge
An agent only ever spends inside limits a person sets: how much, on what, with whom, and for how long. The network enforces those limits, so the agent cannot talk its way past them and neither can anyone who gets hold of its key.

Every action leaves a receipt
Each payment, trade and program call comes back with a signed receipt you can check for yourself, now or years from now. Finance teams get a statement they can audit. Builders get proof their service delivered.

Speed you never have to think about
Software does not wait for a bank cut-off. A payment on Paxeer X is acknowledged in milliseconds and final within about a second, which is fast enough to sit inside an API call.

One network, not a stack of them
One account, one endpoint, one ledger. Payments, limits, identity, markets and programs are built into the chain, so you integrate once and everything you build works together.

Open by default
The code is open source under Apache 2.0, the network runs on public nodes, and governance happens on chain. Anyone can read the rules, run a node or propose a change.
